Sales Policies

  • All prices exclude taxes, shipping, and any applicable import duties & import brokerage fees.
  • Additional incoming shipping charges apply for ordering heavy, large or oversize products.
  • Prices, pictures, and specs are subject to change without notice. Manufacturer promotions, terms, conditions, and expiration dates are subject to the information provided by the manufacturer.
  • All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, and must be received by 1 pm Pacific Time for us to ship in-stock orders the same day.
  • A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required for special order items. Some items may require pre-payment in full prior to order.
  • Equipment holds can be held for up to 24 hours, after which time the item is placed back with normal stock.
  • All items must be paid in full by certified cheque, cash, debit, credit card, or placed on pre-approved 30 days current account prior to leaving the Fusion Cine warehouse.
  • Personal and third party cheques not accepted.
  • Overdue 30-day accounts will be charged 24% per annum (2% per month) and will be suspended.
  • All equipment warranties offered are exclusively those of the manufacturer.
  • All shipments are FOB Fusion Cine warehouse. Fusion Cine is NOT responsible for any losses or damage by the carrier or for delays in transport.
  • All tax exemption requests must have supporting documentation (ex. PST Registration Number, GST Relief Certificate, Native Exempt Status Card)
  • All products are available “while stock lasts”.
  • Pricing is valid for the time period stated on the quotation and is subject to change after this date. Item availability is subject to change without notice.
  • Although every effort has been made to avoid errors in descriptions and prices, we are not responsible for typographical errors.
  • Illustrations may feature accessories available at extra cost.
  • In stock orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days via Purolator or FedEx.
  • For “Pre-Order” Status products, Fusion Cine requires full payment within 2 weeks of the product arriving at our warehouse. After that time, the allocated product would be passed to the next client in line.

Pre-Order Deposit Policy

  • I understand that by paying the Pre-Order Deposit, that I will have financing/funds in place when the camera arrives, and I will pay the remainder balance owing within 2 weeks, or I will forfeit my deposit, and the product.
  • The deposit is refundable up until the point of the camera shipping from our supplier. Your sales rep will notify you, once your camera has been allocated, to let you know that it will be shipping out soon.
  • Once it ships from the supplier it is then non-cancellable.
  • If you order accessories with your camera pre-order, they are to be paid for separately, and are non-cancellable. (50% upon ordering, and 50% upon arrival at Fusion Cine).

Payment Policies

Fusion Cine does not accept credit cards or the use of PayPal as acceptable payment on single or combined purchases greater than $5000 CAD.

For transactions not utilizing 3rd party leasing, Fusion Cine offers 11 convenient payment methods for any single or combined purchases up to $5000

Return Policies

  • All returns are subject to Management approval.
  • Special order items are non-returnable.
  • No special order items may be returned.
  • Opened media and software are non-returnable.
  • Return requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase.
  • Restocking fees may be applicable on all returns.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened box to be considered by Management for a full refund.
  • Any open box products approved for return by Management will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
  • Authorized Returns – in the event Fusion Cine approves an item for return or exchange, regardless of reason, the client is solely responsible for said items, until they have physically been received by Fusion Cine. Furthermore, the cost and facilitation will also be the responsibility of the client. Under no circumstances does Fusion Cine bear any responsibility for the method of transport utilized for the return or exchange of the goods being returned.
